We see a tendency of centralisation in the current market. This centralisation mainly comprises services and housing, mostly in the Randstad conurbation. Uphantis has decided to centre on its customers in stead. Therefore, Uphantis holds regional business locations in Ede, Amsterdam, ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Sittard. These offices do not only have a regional focus, but also location-specific expertise.
Uphantis provides services and products that smoothen the integration of business processes within medium-sized to large companies. We are convinced that technology should be the starting point in order to achieve the intended business advantages, and thus our company policy is based on this view.
Uphantis' customers like to work with consultants they know and with whom they "click". The regional approach offers customers as well as employees a home base, which means that Uphantis will always try to send its employees to a customer assignment close to his or her home.
Since its formation in 2005, Uphantis has grown to be a company with 200 employees and about 40 regular customers, consisting of medium-sized and large companies.

Uphantis is headquartered in Ede. This location focuses on the northern and eastern part of the Netherlands, and is able to deliver the full range of Uphantis' services and products. Our business location in Amsterdam focuses on the western part of The Netherlands. As many large international and national businesses hold their office in this region, they are confronted with a lot of business interaction, which puts a heavy strain on information provision, communication and technology. Uphantis South, based in Maastricht, focuses on the Maas-Rijn Euregion. This region is characterized by an enormous market potential the Netherlands, Belgium and mostly Germany. In order to keep their competitive position, many small and medium-sized companies in the Euregion conclude a cross-border joint venture. Maintaining and developing knowledge is essential for these companies.
